Many, many years ago, one of my brothers and I would go to Best Buy to grab a new PC game for our birthdays with our parents. One year, I remember he got a copy of a Ski Resort game and when we got it home, it wouldn't run. No matter what we did, we could never get it working. Eventually he returned it and got something else.
I always wondered what we were missing out on. We loved Rollercoaster Tycoon and other simulation games. It stuck with me long enough that here, decades later, I started putting together my own interepetation of a ski resort builder.
